We are building a Capability Center where manual processes are transformed through continuous drive to eliminate, streamline and automate manual processes.
Within the Capability Center, we are also creating accounting expertise to deliver value to the business through accurate and timely financials, analysis and insights of the Payroll/Benefits function.
We are looking for accounting professionals with industry experience to create accurate and efficient processes that are optimized for risk and controls.
We work closely with business partners across Finance and Operational functions on strategic initiatives, which ensures our accounting processes can adapt and scale ahead of business needs.
As an Accounting Analyst, you will:
1. Manage close activities and present month-end results to management.
2. Advise on financial reports required by government regulations, and review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports.
3. Identify opportunities to centralize, eliminate, or automate activities.
4. Establish scalable processes to support different compensation and benefit plans.
5. Manage, establish, implement global processes for the accounting of initiatives (ensuring SOX compliance and operational excellence), and prepare for, and assist with internal, SOX, and external audits.
6. You will collaborate with our global team and advocate best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent practical experience
2. CPA, CA, or other professional accounting accreditation
3. 5 years of experience with public accounting and/or industry
4. Experience with SAP ERP systems
5. Payroll/Benefits accounting experience
