- Join our AC Operations team as a Senior Manager and play a crucial role in transforming our AC finance operations

- Act as the communication bridge, conveying the financial impacts and changes to stakeholders effectively.
- Engage directly with AC to anticipate and understand shifts in resource rates, deepening transparency in resource costing.
- Conduct thorough reviews of reconciliations between AC invoices and budgetary expectations.
- Oversee the alignment of AC resources accurately within the appropriate cost centers, ensuring standard costing practices are applied efficiently.
- Analyze grade codes for accuracy and manage actual costs versus budget, providing clear explanations for variances.
- Partner with the AC Operations reporting team to forecast future AC expenses and
- Collaborate with the onshore finance team for precise month-end accruals of AC resources.
- Collaborate with the onshore finance team to oversee the financial aspects of our AC recognition program, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
- Collaborate coordinate with the TIF Owners and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and onshore finance team to manage quarterly and annual reporting on our various Territory Investment Funds (TIFs).
- Support the review of business cases and economic models which are submitted as part of the annual TIF approval process and bring insights and recommendations to TIF leadership to support strategic decisions.
- Provide recommendations to support the improvement of the TIF process overall, including how we track and measure Return on Investment (ROI) and other relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and how the TIFs are generating value for the firm.
Requirements:
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/ Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is recommended.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial operations, with a strong focus on standard costing and budgeting.
- Knowledge of the unique challenges and complexities of AC finance operations an asset.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with and lead diverse teams across various geographies.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of effective communication.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with robust problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable analyzing financial models and understands finance and investment concepts.
- Familiarity with PowerBI dashboards would be an asset.
- Willingness to learn and spend the time with the onshore and AC finance teams to understand the internal workings of the PwC financial and reporting methodologies systems (eg: standard cost, operating units, Salesforce Opportunities etc.)
