Job Description/Skills Required
Skill and experience :
• 3 -12yrs years of experience preferably in fund administration – Credit/ asset management, hedge fund & Private Equity
• Strong finance business acumen
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of NAV valuation
• Team player with the ability to network across groups (Finance, IT, Business, Tax, Legal)
• Problem-solving nature and diagnostic skills with high attention to detail
• Clear intellectual curiosity with the drive and potential to succeed in a fast-paced work environment, having shown comfort with the ambiguity of an evolving, dynamic firm.
• Manage and complete multiple priorities on time with minimal direction
• Excellent command of English language (other languages are beneficial)
• Amenable to working in a Shifting Schedule.
Primary Responsibility:
• Responsible for preparing/reviewing capital calls and distributions across the portfolio
• Responsible for preparing/reviewing transactions in the system (Investran) (cash, new investments, sales, capital calls,
distributions, etc.)
• Maintain the usage of revolving credit facilities for certain funds, including corresponding with lenders,
• compliance and quarterly reporting
• Oversee quarterly management fee calculations for certain funds
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements for multiple entities
• Review monthly account analyses and reconciliations
• Assist in driving accounting, reporting , and business process simplification and efficiency initiatives
• Prepare ad hoc reports, as needed
• Introduction to a number of investment vehicles like Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLO), QIAIFs, ICAVs, RAIFs, etc.
• Daily trade and cash reconciliations and portfolio management support
