Educational Qualification Bachelors Degree in Commerce / accounting required.
Minimum of 6 years of accounting and supervisory experience.
Proven track record of leading large accounting processes from source transaction through to general ledger close preferably in a high volume
Good experience in a shared services environment and / or commercial real estate environment is preferred
Knowledge of fixed asset and general ledger processes (from source transaction through to general ledger close) from both a design and operational perspective is required
Extensive knowledge and experience in the application and usage of largescale ERP systems to improve transactional efficiency
Experience in the use of excel and other data manipulation & analytics tools is required
Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for self to meet requirements and deadlines
