Job Description/Skills Required
- Manage & handle assigned OPCOs single handedly.
- Timely Review of all reconciliations and deliverable with exceptions (if any ), and follow up with OpCo’s for Closure of open items in reconciliation
- Maintaining Order processing TAT as agreed SLA
- Provide inputs in view of process improvement & for resolution of issues, Interact with cross-functional team for queries.
- Analysis of Primary Billing Trending for all OPCO and handling queries / correction raised by OPCO.
- Initiate smooth functioning of the process in Shared Service Environment by meeting all SLA for the process & maintain SVCCL Compliance.
- Close loop monitoring on month end closure activities for Primary Billing as per the standard procedure set up by the Process Control team & coordination with OPCO to get reasoning on abnormal variance month on month.
- Smooth conduct of audit and closure with minimum issues and escalation.
- handling special projects as & when assigned by Team Lead
- Customer Centricity.
