Job Role or Description

• Sales Invoice making along with Packing list & E-Way Bill in absence of Billing person.
• MRN verifying, Finalising & sending to HO
• Item wise purchase details entry in MRR Report together with GST Input.
• Item wise purchase Entry in Tally, at present it is making in HO
• Petty Cash voucher along with necessary supporting & maintaining statement of petty cash
  in excel & sending to HO
• Bank vouchers along with necessary supporting
• Maintaining statement of Bank account & monthly BRS with the Bank statement in excel &
  sending to Ho
• Bank related Work (Eg. Cash withdraw, Cheque book requests etc)
• Daily MIS updating (Sales Summary)
• Verifying all transporter bills & sending to HO
• Verifying Monthly Labor contractor, Security services bills & sending to HO
• Preparing & sending Fund request to HO
• Monthly Staff & Casuals Attendance details sending to HO
• Issuing monthly salaries to casuals & staff
• Sending sales details to HO for insurance work
• Monthly Production & Quantitative Sales details, Valuation of FG Inventory for making profitability report to Plant In charge.
