📋 Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Articleship experience from Big 6 audit firms highly preferred
• Alumni of Top 15 Commerce Colleges across India (e.g., SRCC, St. Xavier’s, NM College, Christ, etc.)
• Strong interest in M&A, financial analysis, and transaction services
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence
• Review and analyze financial statements, working capital, EBITDA adjustments, etc.
• Prepare FDD reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution
• Participate in client meetings and due diligence fieldwork as needed
