Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and issues effectively.
- Maintain records of interactions in the system.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduates and Graduates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Candidates must be located in Pune.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
