About Thought Leadership-
Thought Leadership team is a central team whose primary role is to assist the Assurance function of the Firm to ensure adherence to professional standards, code of ethics and other applicable regulations.
- Conducting Periodic inspection of engagements to ensure quality control is operating efficiently.
- Standardisation of Templates and Working Papers for use by Audit & Assurance Team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Carrying out research and analysis of matters related to auditing standards, accounting standards (IGAAP/Ind-AS/USGAAP, etc), Companies Act 2013 etc.
- Analysis of new developments in professional standards, regulatory and legal requirements and guiding the audit teams
- Standardisation of Templates and Working Papers
- Drafting and circulation of internal notes and guidance for audit team
- Assisting the Firm in their initiatives to improve audit quality and enhance the audit function.
- Maintenance of Library and circulation of updates
A Senior Associate, you will be required to support the overall functions of the TL Team as mentioned above and reporting directly to Manager/ Director.
