Job Role or Description
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure GRS engagement in reporting and metrics following through on identifying the ask and delivering the outcome. Building a fair understanding of key indicators across the department and business to ensure we report in line with stakeholder and senior management expectations Preparation and maintenance of targeted and customisable dashboard reporting to present data in a manageable, understandable and usable way Partnering with GRS and GRT to coordinate and enhance reporting in line with business requirement/process improvements Manage quality in own area of work. What were looking for: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships. Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint skills. Financial Services experience ideally in an Operations, Control or Reporting role Demonstrable logical, creative and analytical thinking skills At least a B Com Graduation Degree with relevant post qualification experience for a graduate/Post Graduate and/or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
