Process Overview*
Global Payment Operations at Global Business Services covers end to end of Payments including Processing, Sanctions Screening, Investigations, Liquidity management and Monitoring. The team supports all the regions globally (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM and Canada), and is based out of Hyderabad and Gurugram
Job Description*
Experienced payments professional to join our team as a manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing the team in Global Payment Operations. For this position, one should have strong understanding of Payments, Foreign Exchange, and Investigations. In addition, the role requires strong team management, written and verbal communications skills as the expectation is to communicate and influence both vertically and horizontally within and outside the organization.
Responsibilities*
Some tasks that this role may be responsible for include (but are not limited to):
- Process Knowledge – Should learn the process to the last level to lead the team confidently.
- Ensure all queues are actioned and cleared by EOD as per the Task Trackers.
- People, Process, Project, and Metric Management
- Handling escalation emails and ensure to resolve in priority.
- Regularly review associate performance metrics
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead in handling other Process deliverables such as Integrated BCP Test, PG Review, PRR etc.
- Ensure daily reporting of Process Metrics such as queue allocation, productivity and accuracy reports etc. is done with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure Performance Scorecard for the Team is prepared accurately and in timely manner.
- Ensure Process updates are shared with the team via SOKC roll outs.
- Actively get involved in the Projects / Business Priorities of the year and deliver the same as per roles and responsibilities assigned with full ownership and accountability.
- Bring in Process improvements to simplify and standardize process flow, reduce NVA steps, demand reduction ideas, improving CTQ performance etc. which should give significant benefit for the process in terms of efficiency and time saves.
- Escalate issues to the Leadership team as they arise – any potential losses and escalations.
- As per defined roles and responsibilities, ensure the LOB Dashboard calls are taken care
- Be ready to take and deliver on adhoc responsibilities that may arise in the business

Experience Range*
- Minimum 2 Years supervisory experience
- Overall >10 years Work Experience in Banking Industry, pref Payments background.
