Job Description/Skills Required
- Preparation of Purchase Requisitions for R&D projects in Oracle ERP & get Buyer Confirmation on product / Service delivery & update the same in ERP
- Submission of Tax Invoices to Accounts Team & ensure timely payment release to vendors
- Prepare & keep Commercial MIS tracker updated
- Initiate New Vendor Registrations for R&D projects
- Control & handle petty cash & maintain a Cash Book for petty cash expenses & E-commerce purchase requirements for projects
- Submission of monthly expense provision to Accounts team
- Collect No Dues Certificates from vendors at the end of the Financial year
- Handle scheduling of daily Calendar for Unit Heads meetings & official tours
- Compile, analyse & submit Monthly Budget v/s Actual Expense MIS report to stakeholders
- Compile, analyse & submit Monthly Time-Sheet analysis report to stakeholders
- Compile, analyse & submit MIS report for Performance / Objectives monitoring of R&D Centre on Monthly, Quarterly & Annually basis.
- Any ad-hoc requirement raised by Unit Head for additional MIS coordination & support required
