💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop a quality team of Advisors and Frontline Sales (FLS)
- Build and manage a robust distribution network
- Ensure productivity and activation of team members
- Conduct productivity improvement and training sessions
- Achieve sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Promote the full range of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance products
- Manage database updates, lead conversion rates, and persistency
- Drive customer-centric practices across the team
✅ Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience (Insurance/Financial industry preferred)
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream
- Strong communication in Hindi, English, and local language
- Local candidates will be preferred
- Energetic, target-driven with a never-give-up attitude
- Strong team-building and leadership skills
