📝 Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and manage a high-performing team of advisors and front-line staff (FLS)

Build and expand a profitable distribution network

Drive sales productivity and ensure advisor activation

Conduct regular training programs and productivity initiatives

Recruit and onboard new advisors to strengthen the sales force

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets

Maintain accurate client and sales data

Monitor product mix, persistency, and lead conversions

Track and achieve goals and contest targets regularly
✅ Preferred Candidate Profile

Education: Any Graduate (PG preferred)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (Insurance, Banking, Education, FMCG, or any field sales)

Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills
