Eligibility criteria -Candidates should have international customer service experience (Email, Voice, or Web chat)- Banking, Financial Services and insurance domain is preferred.Must have 2+yrs of hands-on experience in email writing, dealing with international customers.15 years full time education (No Correspondence).HSC qualified candidates with a minimum experience of 3 years can attend.Good communication and writing skills are a must have.All educational and employment documents are mandatory at the time of joining.Mode of salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (No cash in hand).PFB the norms to be followed during the Interview process:We will not hold responsible for any loss of original certificates viz, (X / XII / Graduation, PG, any other certificates etc.).
