Job Description/Skills Required
Job Description:
1. Verify that invoices and AP back-office transactions were processed accurately by AP team
2. Ensure timely payment of invoices to suppliers by AP team.
3. Ensure the AP team has Reconciled vendor invoices with receiving, resolve any discrepancies, and filed appropriate claims where necessary
4. Maintain accurate and complete records of all transactions.
5. Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
7. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years’ experience in shared service environment
1-3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable organization
1-3 years’ experience with handling ERPs or legacy systems
1-3 years’ experience with word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and calendaring software (for example, Microsoft Office).
