Job Description/Skills Required

  • Assistance and analysis in preparation of corporate monthly billing activities (including actuals, accrual)
  • Review the actuals billing and take necessary entries wherever the invoices have not been booked and ensure that the monthly cut-off entries have been posted correctly.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Receivable team for invoice processing and Payable team for correct invoice coding
  • Prepare forecast input files and share with the stakeholders and maintain forecast accuracy to ensure actuals v/s forecast variance are in line with threshold.
  • Participate in Annual Profit Plan activities and preparation of various comparison reports
  • Provide explanation of variances between actual results with forecast/budgets
  • Responsible for obtaining/processing all required support necessary to prepare the documents and creating/maintaining neat and thorough support binders for the related SEC filing(s)
