- Processing customer transactions and cash handling (teller role if assigned)
- Promoting digital banking channels like Internet Banking, Mobile Banking & WhatsApp Banking
- Achieving monthly business targets and sales budgets
- Participating in marketing activities and customer visits
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and audit requirements
- Completing mandatory certifications and training programs
- Maintaining daily customer interaction updates in CRM
