🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries with high satisfaction.

Provide first-call resolution with minimum handling time.

Cross-sell and upsell Axis Bank products like loans, mortgages, and premium accounts.

Escalate unresolved issues to internal stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with bank’s service and sales guidelines.

Achieve key performance indicators including call quality targets.
