AXA XL is organizing a Walk-In Drive for the position of Associate, Financial Reporting & Accounting. If you have a background in Bank Reconciliations, Treasury, Intercompany Settlement & Reconciliations, and possess 1-3 years of experience, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
– Bank Reconciliations and Accounting:
– Preparation and follow-up on open items for different regions.
– Source system to GL reconciliation.
– Journals for Treasury-related activities.
– Treasury:
– Cash flow forecast and liquidity management.
– Liaising with banks for various queries.
– Cheque clearing process and reconciliations.
– Intercompany Settlement & Reconciliations:
– Analyze intercompany balances.
– Follow up for intercompany balances settlement.
– Review of Intercompany Reconciliations.
– Others:
– Interaction with stakeholders.
– Process documentation & adhering to audit-related controls.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Graduate/Post-Graduate (Commerce) with 1 – 3 Years of experience.
– Good communication and analytical skills.
– Experience in analyzing large data sets.
– Flexible with work timings.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent delivery timelines.
