💼 Job Role:

• Handle member inquiries (Health Insurance) via Email & Live Chat – pre-authorization, policy servicing, claim assessment, complaints, and other related queries.

• Provide accurate, timely, and professional assistance to UK customers.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction with prompt resolutions.

• Document member interactions for reporting and compliance.

• Meet performance targets, including handling 2 concurrent chats and achieving a 95%+ customer satisfaction score.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any specialization (except technical backgrounds).

• Typing speed: 40–60 WPM.

• Excellent written English – grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

• Proficient in MS Office & web browsers.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts (07:30 AM – 1:30 AM IST, Monday to Sunday, 2 weekly offs).

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
