Job Role or Description
- Accountable on all Service Delivery parameters and ensure tasks are completed in line with target performance metrics required by client. • Anticipate clients requirements and deliver accordingly • Responsible for acquiring process knowledge so as to be able to handle queries raised by clients • To contribute towards Process Improvement initiatives within the organization • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of queries / issues. • Strong organizational skills; the ability to perform multiple tasks; the ability to communicate clearly and effectively; and the ability to communicate with the clients Position Summary • A key member of the AXA Business Services Operations team responsible accounting operations of one entity • Responsible to perform the day to day activities as required by the process • Should be able to meet the key performance metrics of Accuracy, Efficiency & TAT. • Should be able to maintain cordial relationship with client and team.
