💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire CASA (Current & Savings Accounts) through branch leads and open market sourcing
- Generate new leads and convert prospects through field visits, references, walk-ins, and local campaigns
- Cross-sell third-party products like life & health insurance, mutual funds, etc.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-up regularly
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the branch
- Maintain compliance with all banking and documentation procedures
✅ Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate (any stream)
- Strong analytical, communication, and field sales skills
- 1–2 years of experience in CASA or liability product sales preferred
- Candidates with open market sales experience and interest in CASA are also encouraged to apply
- Must be familiar with the Hyderabad market and local language
