Job Roles Available:
- Bank Officer (Current Account)
- Acquisition of Current Accounts and Liabilities Accounts through cold calling, market references, and cross-selling.
- Selling third-party products (life & health insurance, mutual funds SIPs).
- Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Leader (Current Account)
- Lead a team of Bank Officers to achieve targets for Current Account acquisition.
- Drive team performance on CA value, NTB Acquisition, and Product Penetration.
- Motivate and mentor team members to achieve business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1 to 6 years of experience in banking, sales, or financial services.
- Graduates or Postgraduates in any discipline.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team (for Team Leader role).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: 3-8 Lacs P.A.
