🔍 Key Responsibilities:

📊 Financial Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of Current Account / Savings Account (CASA) and other liability products

• Cold calling, field sales, and cross-selling of insurance & investment products (Life, Health, SIPs, Mutual Funds)

• Ensuring smooth onboarding and account opening for new customers

• Achieve targets as per the bank’s scorecard

👥 Non-Financial Responsibilities:

• Drive local marketing and customer acquisition campaigns

• Leverage referrals and branch walk-ins

• Build strong relationships with clients and prospects

• Maintain high standards of customer service

🛡️ Compliance & Risk:

• Ensure complete adherence to KYC/AML norms

• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and bank information

• Comply with all regulatory and internal policy guidelines

✅ Eligibility & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 1–3 years of field sales experience (banking, insurance, or financial services preferred)

• Good communication & negotiation skills

• Fluency in local language (Marathi/Hindi)

• Customer service mindset & ability to meet sales pressure
