About the Role: Credit Manager (Business Banking – Working Capital)
As a Credit Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in assessing credit risks, approving loan applications, and managing working capital requirements for business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements and assess the creditworthiness of businesses seeking working capital loans.
- Approve and recommend credit limits based on detailed risk assessment and financial analysis.
- Monitor the performance of existing credit lines and identify early warning signs of potential credit issues.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored credit solutions.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal credit policies.
Who Should Apply?
- Chartered Accountants (CA) or MBA graduates in Finance, with 2-5 years of experience in credit analysis or business banking.
- Strong understanding of working capital finance, credit risk assessment, and financial analysis.
