Job Description/Skills Required
- Maintaining and preparing reports of sales data Ensure backend support to Sales Team on their report requirements. Assist Sales Officers in resolving dealer issues related to accounts. Maintain records of all the scheme workings Vendor Management and bills processing Settlement of all vendor bills within agreed timelines Explore and develop vendors for gifts, printing etc for unit/region level initiatives.
- Conduct periodic visits to local markets for identifying vendors and working with them. Update Vendor payment tracker on a monthly basis capturing date of service consumed, date of receipt of invoice and date of payment processed.
- Adhere to unit rules and regulations and build awareness amongst all stakeholders and improve the compliance percentage. Overhead controls and expense accounting Ensure Overall Unit Overheads are maintained within budgeted limits.
- Maintain trackers for cost incurred and action plan to reduce overruns. Warehouse operations, accounting process and record keeping Conduct regular audits for warehouse paper work Maintain and circulate weekly trackers in the unit Periodic warehouse visits
