Job Role or Description
- Dispatch planning based on periodic STO received as per STR.
- Dispatch planning based on critical list shared by CMD & also based on criticalities.
- Safe Loading of Vehicles; Preparation of TC file.
- Coordination with contractors for vehicle loading, barrel filling, tanker loading.
- Coordination with security team for vehicle inward and outward.
- Coordination with production block, QA lab, PQC lab, Production block, CMD in day-to-day planning etc.
- Coordination with CMD, OPCs, Purchase, IBU, IBL, NPS, TF, APPPG, PPG, IT, Corporate accounts and taxation on daily basis.
- Pro-Active reporting of UC and its closing for smooth dispatch.
- Coordination with Transporters for Vehicle Placement.
- Manpower management for Truck Dispatch, Tanker Loading and Barrelization.
- TF dispatch arrangement and execution.
- Export arrangement and Execution.
- Sale order execution (Direct and intercompany /JV ).
- Documentation, Adherence and maintaining of QRs.
- Planning and coordination of to and from dispatches between plant and ex-Godown.
- Planning and coordination for Dispatches from Ex-Godown to plants and OPCs.
