Eligibility Criteria

Experience Required

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Financial Reporting.
• Experience in:
  • Private Equity Funds
  • Hedge Funds
  • Mutual Funds
• Hands-on experience with IFRS or US GAAP financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements preparation and review.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements with 100% accuracy.
• Manage assigned reporting deadlines in a production-driven environment.
• Coordinate with onshore teams for financial statement timelines.
• Resolve queries from clients, auditors, directors, and onshore stakeholders.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain service quality.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and client reporting standards.
• Collaborate with global clients across different time zones.
