We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Finance Head to join our team in Sricity, AP. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting within a manufacturing setup, with at least 9+ years of relevant experience. This role requires a CA, ICWA, InterCA, or MBA in Finance qualification.
Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all financial activities of the plant.
Develop financial strategies and plans to support business goals.
Monitor and analyze financial performance against objectives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
CA/ICWA/InterCA/MBA Finance qualification.
Minimum 9 years of experience in Plant Finance & Accounting, preferably within manufacturing.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven track record in financial management and strategic planning.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
