Job Description/Skills Required

Business partnering financial controller role in Controller hub based in Gurgaon, India supporting the global controllership organization.

Manage financial reporting and statutory audit involving preparation and filing of statutory financial statements under IGAAP as well as coordinating with shared service centers (internal and external) for audit related requirements

Manage month-end close and related close activities involving daily and post close review of the legal and management results and processing necessary accounting journal entries

Review and/or prepare of balance sheet account reconciliations.

Preparation of monthly GST tax returns and working with Tax Consultants for filing of annual income tax return and transfer pricing filings.

Assist in the preparation of standard monthly reports including analysis of various balance sheet components and cash flows

Build knowledge of business flows with a view to providing strong analytical reviews & monthly commentary

Provide advisory support to business and finance

Deploy robust financial governance practices across the market and ensure strong internal control framework

Build relationships with other cross functional areas (e.g. shared services/ Finance/ Tax/ Legal/ Treasury) across various regions

Managing relationship with auditors, external consultants, bankers and other offshore shared service providers (internal and external)
