🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Create and annotate high-quality training datasets in text, image, and video formats.
- Write grammatically correct and creative content across varied domains and styles.
- Audit and review data tasks completed by other content specialists.
- Make high-judgment decisions with ambiguous or incomplete data.
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers to refine guidelines and improve tooling.
- Report bugs and propose enhancements in data annotation tools.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English (CEFR C2 level)
- Experience: 4+ years in language data, content creation, annotation, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of U.S. culture, norms, and academic writing standards
- Research skills for understanding complex topics and avoiding plagiarism
- Comfortable working with high school–level STEM content
- Highly attentive to detail, strong logical judgment, and adaptable to change
