🧑💼 Position: Customer Support Associate (Voice Process)
Contract: 6 Months (Full-Time)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Location: Panchkula, IT Park
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: 10+2 (Minimum) | Graduates & Postgraduates can apply
- Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers welcome!)
- Communication: Excellent English speaking skills are mandatory
- Shift: Comfortable with Night Shifts & Rotational Week-offs
- Location Preference: Open to candidates from Tricity (Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali) and surrounding regions
- Relocation: Willing candidates from Punjab are also encouraged to attend
💼 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice support channels
- Deliver prompt and accurate responses in a professional tone
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Work closely with the internal team to resolve technical/product issues
💰 Compensation & Perks:
- Salary Range: ₹2.06 – ₹3.60 LPA
- Meal Card: ₹1100/month via Zeta
- Free Transportation (Pickup and drop)

- Night Shift Allowance: ₹150 – ₹225 per shift
- Overtime Pay (as per business requirement)
