Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new and existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify operational barriers, dive deep into root causes, and provide innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Support shippers by researching invoice disputes and providing timely resolutions within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Handle enterprise shippers through tickets and escalations.
- Reconcile invoices and manage credit notes to ensure effective cash flow and transaction management.
About the Team:
We are Amazon’s middle-mile logistics technology solution, catering to customers shipping road freight in the UK and Europe. Our service enables customers to ship palletized shipments (Less-than-Truckload or LTL) or Full-Truckloads (FTL) directly to Amazon’s Fulfillment Centers (FCs) in the UK and EU, or FTL to non-Amazon facilities, all at competitive prices.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Applications, and Reconciliation.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics, banking, or commerce.
- Proficiency in English.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in FinOps processes, billing & payments processes, banking, or fraud detection.
