Role Summary
The DLS Case Manager manages end-to-end employee leave of absence and disability cases, acting as the single point of contact throughout the leave lifecycle while ensuring compliance, documentation, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities

Manage leave of absence & disability cases

Respond to employee inquiries on benefits & leave options

Review medical documentation for leave adjudication
-
Ensure compliance with federal/state laws & company policies
-
Adjust case plans based on employee needs
-
Handle sensitive & confidential situations
-
Troubleshoot leave-related issues
-
Support return-to-work & ramp-back plans
-
Educate managers on employee accommodations
-
Maintain accurate case records & documentation
-
Coordinate with HR, Legal, Payroll, Benefits & vendors
Basic Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
-
2+ years customer service experience
OR Degree in Business / HR / Related field -
Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
