Role & Responsibilities:
- Review machine and human-generated demonstrations to generate preference data for training purposes.
- Collaborate with support teams and review guidelines.
- Suggest updates to guidelines and participate in team calibrations.
- Ensure high-quality data generation while adhering to Amazon’s responsible AI guidelines.
- Participate in process improvements, SOP formulation, and provide data insights as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, SEO, Social Sciences, Journalism, Visual and Performing Arts, or Communication.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, with good typing speed (> 50 wpm).
- Ability to write and evaluate diverse subject matter across various domains.
- Effective use of open-source resources for comprehensive research.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
- Exposure to US culture/communication.
- Sense of ownership, drive, and willingness to meet daily deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and Certification in TOEFL/IELTS/British Council.
- Prior experience in the machine learning domain.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and multi-task on programs.
- Proficiency in English at minimum C1 level in the CEFR framework.
Note: This is an onsite role requiring flexibility in work timing, including night shifts. Candidates should be ready to meet delivery targets.
