Debtors
- Ensure daily remittance of store cash and card collection.
- Ensure that there is no deviation.
Maintain a Good relationship with external customers.
- Ensure that there are regular meetings and reconciliation with Malls, Landlords and franchisees for reconciliation.
- Ensure that there is prompt resolution for any issues with any external customer related to payments, salary debit, CC charges etc.
Maintain a Good relationship with Internal customers
- Liaise with other departments, store staff, and ensure timely reimbursement of employees claims
New Store Opening & Store closure
- Ensure Installation of EDC & Cash Pickup, Imprest allotment etc.
- Ensure smooth store closure process , timely reconciliation, full & final settlement, NDC to avoid dead rent etc.
