Role & Responsibilities

Achieve store sales targets, KPIs, and individual performance goals

Deliver excellent customer service as per Adidas brand standards

Act as a Brand Ambassador, representing Adidas values and culture

Use product and seasonal brand knowledge effectively during sales

Clearly explain product features, benefits, and USPs to customers

Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards

Process merchandise deliveries and ensure regular stock replenishment

Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently

Minimize loss in stockroom and on the sales floor

Ensure safe, efficient, and effective store operations

Collaborate positively with team members

Complete training programs and apply learnings on the job

Continuously seek feedback and coaching to improve performance
Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (High School)

6 months+ experience in sports/fashion or customer-focused retail preferred

Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
