About the Role:
The Global Business Services (GBS) team at Adidas aims to deliver unified, automated financial services across global markets — improving efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making. The Associate/Specialist – Cash Application will play a key role in ensuring smooth Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform accounting tasks for AR Wholesale/Retail/e-Commerce markets

Manage cash application, remittances, and unapplied cash
-
Review and reconcile sales vs. collection for key customers

Prepare financial reports (AR deduction, eCom reconciliation, Retail aging reports)

Handle month-end closing, audits, and process documentation

Support automation and process improvement initiatives

Collaborate on cross-functional finance projects
Skills & Requirements:

Strong Accounting and Finance knowledge

Proficiency in SAP (mandatory)

Shared Service experience preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Detail-oriented with strong customer focus

Self-driven, proactive, and team-oriented
Qualification:
🎓 Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or related fields
💼 4–8 years of experience in Cash Application / I2C / O2C processes
