Job Description/Skills Required
- Daily reconciliation of E Commerce marketplace sales, payments, charges, taxes, etc. and closure of reconciliation issues with concerned merchants/stakeholders
- Managing daily financial nodal/ current accounts settlement process between Company & Merchants alongwith fund management
- Daily checking of all the transactions from transaction table, order table, payment gateway reports and gap raising to concern departments & ensuring closures of gaps in defined timelines
- Manage accounting for promotional offers, rewards program & discount on various platforms
- Dedicated analyst for the e-commerce division and end to end backend operations management for the Company & Marketplaces
- Periodical MIS preparation & circulation to Management on day-to-day operations relating to revenue generation, settlements, reconciliations etc.
- Ensure monthly activities assigned during financial month end close are completed within timelines and with accuracy.
- Supporting Plans & budgeting processes which occurs during the Financial Year.
- Provide support & assistance with audit, tax returns and financial reporting
- Work very closely across all allied functions such as Business team, Techno Commercial team, IT etc. to ensure the given agendas fall into place operationally as per aligned timelines
- Participate & drive standardization automation projects for process efficiency
- R nitoring & improvising the financial hygiene & service the Ecommerce channel with reduced lead time
