Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates: Finding candidates through job Portals like Naukri.com & LinkedIn social media, and other avenues
- Screening and evaluating candidates: Reviewing resumes, performing interviews, and administering assessments
- Making recommendations: Recommending candidates to hiring managers
- Maintaining relationships: Maintaining relationships with clients, employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
- Staying current: Staying up to date on company structure, personnel policy, and employment laws
- Completing reports: Completing reports on employment activity and conducting exit interviews
- This role involves posting job vacancies, screening resumes, holding interviews, and making job offers to the best candidates. Professionals in this role must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both candidates and hiring manager
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Pharma hiring will be an advantage.
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- UG: B.Com in Any Specialization, B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization
- PG: M.Com in Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
