Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Invoices and Billings: Oversee the preparation and processing of invoices and ensure timely billing.
- Verification of Expenses and Payments: Review and verify all expenses and corresponding payments for accuracy.
- Month-End Provisions and Prepaid: Manage month-end financial provisions and prepaid expenses.
- Vendor Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations of vendor accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Happay Expense Reimbursements: Handle Happay expense reimbursements efficiently and accurately.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel: Ability to use Excel for complex data analysis and financial reporting.
- Strong Understanding of Accounting Principles: Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in Accounts Payable.
- Experience with Account Payables and Reimbursements: Prior experience in managing account payables and processing reimbursements.
- Analytical Mindset: Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Com Graduate
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- CTC: 5 LPA
- Location: Gurugram
