📝 Job Description
As an R2R Associate, you will handle month-end closing activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and liaise with clients to ensure accurate and timely financial data. This role is vital in supporting the business and maintaining compliance across all reporting standards.
🧩 Key Responsibilities

End-to-end support in month-end financial activities and reports

Prepare billing, invoices, and accruals

Perform GL to subledger reconciliation and audit support

Handle AR aging, depreciation, fixed assets, and prepaid expenses
-
Ensure timely communication and issue resolution with internal teams
-
Maintain process documentation (SOPs) and contribute to team training
🛠️ Skills & Tools

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint

Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Macros, Power BI (preferred)

Strong analytical and organizational skills

UG: B.Com (Any Specialization)

PG: MBA/PGDM (Any Specialization)
