Required Experience
Candidates should have:
- Experience in Record to Report (R2R) – General Ledger.
- Strong knowledge of US Accounting.
- End-to-end R2R process experience.
- Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation.
- Experience with accruals and journal entries.
- Experience using accounting tools such as:
- SAP
- Yardi
- RealPage
- Oracle
- Team handling experience.
- Property accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Understanding and managing the end-to-end accounting requirements of assigned clients.
- Planning and delivering high-quality analytical work.
- Creating and maintaining process documentation.
- Monitoring service delivery quality through regular reviews and root-cause analysis.
- Supporting hiring activities based on team requirements.
- Transitioning and training new team members on client projects.
- Supporting learning and development initiatives for Finance & Accounting teams.
- Handling client accounts, BAU calls and escalations.
- Managing team member engagement and retention.
- Reviewing staff performance using KPIs, dashboards and metrics.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of client and organizational information.
Qualification
Candidates should have a degree or qualification in Finance/Accounting, such as:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- MBA – Finance
- M.Com
- CA Inter
Candidates should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting tools.
