🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end R2R – General Ledger process for U.S.-based clients
- Perform bank reconciliation, accruals, and journal entries
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting for client deliverables
- Work with tools like SAP, Oracle, Yardi
- Lead and mentor team members as needed
- Drive performance using dashboards and metrics
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and process controls
- Take part in client calls, service reviews, and audits
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members
- Monitor team engagement and contribute to high retention
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce, M.Com, CA Inter, or MBA Finance
- 3 to 15 years of F&A experience with US Accounting exposure
- Strong command over MS Office, SAP, Oracle, Yardi
- Team management and leadership skills preferred
- Must be flexible to work in night shifts (US Shift)
- Immediate joiners or notice period up to 60 days preferred
