- Hands-on with merit calculation, compensation surveys, benchmarking
- Strong client and stakeholder management required
✅ CL10/11 – Payroll
- Experience in global payroll processing
- Pre-payroll and end-to-end payroll cycle expertise
- Client-facing role requiring stakeholder engagement
✅ CL8/9/10 – Benefits / Leave of Absence (LOA)
- People management experience is mandatory for CL8/9
- Experience in global LOA, employee benefits, COBRA, health & welfare
- Transition and transformation experience is a plus
