Record to Report Operations Analyst – Fixed Assets

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general ledger functions, journal posting, and month-end closing
- Execute bank, balance sheet, GL, and store account reconciliations
- Conduct variance analysis and provide root cause reports
- Handle intercompany reconciliation and ensure ledger balance accuracy
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders for resolution of open items
- Raise queries to 3rd parties and prepare supporting documentation
- Maintain 100% accuracy and productivity standards
- Perform quality checks and communicate results with stakeholders
- Participate in process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives
📌 Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- Experience in tools like SAP ERP, Blackline, Advanced MS Excel
- Strong communication (written and verbal), analytical skills
- Prior experience in financial reporting, fixed asset accounting, P&L review
