Job Description/Skills Required
The CFM Associate role primarily will be to support and assist a medium/large contract finance team in adhering to various contract deliverables. The role will need to support reporting and financial analysis that is performed by senior members within the contract team.
MAIN ACTIVITIES / TASKS
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist engagement financial reporting processes, expense analysis and associated reconciliations.
- Supporting contract finance operations management Sales set up, Invoicing, journals, time & expense /work effort management using SAP, Business Reporting and other CFM tools.
- Assist in collecting data for financial scenario building, for revenue, payroll and non-payroll costs.
- Interaction with client teams, understanding their requirements and assist preparing reports accordingly
- Other adhoc activities relating to contract financials that come with supporting a contract CFM team.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of business, finance and accounting fundamentals, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); Good organizational, analytical and multi-tasking skills; excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Programs (Excel)
