🔹 Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls/emails and log cases correctly in ticketing tools.
- Provide Tier 2 HR Service Delivery support to candidates and employees.
- Assist candidates with recruitment processes (new applicants, rehire support).
- Guide employees on self-service portals and HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with company security, GDPR, and escalation protocols.
- Deliver exceptional service with strong call/data quality standards.
- Update process repositories like DTPs, Knowledgebase, and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors for efficient HR operations.
🔹 Skills & Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Graduation (mandatory).
- Experience: 1–5 years.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Ticket Tracking Systems (ServiceNow preferred), ERP systems, MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive, disciplined, and team-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM window).
