-Manage end-to-end collections processing within the reinsurance domain.
-Ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
-Implement industry best practices for efficient collections management.
-Provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM).
-5 to 8 years of experience in financial operations, focusing on reinsurance collections.
